    07:30 PM: Pickup from the hotel and head to the train station

Important Information

  • Confirmation will be received at the time of booking

  • This program requires moderate to high physical activity

  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions

  • Prices can vary based on nationality, we will share with holders of Egyptian nationality the discounts that they will get upon registration.

  • We highly recommend you get your insurance.

  • The last day of the trip in Luxor will be up to you to choose what to do from the different options we provide you with - to be adjusted based on what we decide on.

Cancellation Policy

  • You will be issued a full refund if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the latest date for cancellation will be 45 days before the trip.

  • If you wish to cancel up to 90 days before the trip you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

  • If you wish to cancel less than 90 days before the trip time, your downpayment will not be refundable.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking less than 45 days before the trip date, you will not be refunded the full amount.
